This program focuses on the practical application of business analysis principles, tools, and methodology as outlined in the industry standard, A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide – IIBA®), as well as in the Business Analysis for Practitioners: A Practical Guide, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI)®.
The program is designed to enable you to:
Apply business analysis methods and techniques to help organizations achieve their business objectives
Elicit, analyze, validate, and communicate requirements and recommend solutions
Develop well-constructed business cases
Successfully manage diverse stakeholder relationships
Admission requirements:
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
Applicants between the ages of 18-21 must have a minimum of the following:
Applicants from Quebec: DCS, DEC, or the equivalent*
Applicants from other Canadian Provinces: 1 year of full-time university
International applicants: Equivalent of the 1 year of full-time university
Applicants who are 21 years of age or older may be admitted as mature students.
