Here at Ignite Arts Academy we run the Simply Music keyboard programme. Simply Music is the largest playing-based music education institution in the world.
Keyboard classes are offered by Auckland Music School. We are focusing on the lessons suitable for each student’s demand and we give our best to provide each student the highest quality in music education. Our goal is to help students to enjoy and love music.
We provide digital pianos (keyboards) in the classroom, and students will need to purchase their own keyboard to practice on at home. We do have some hires available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Learning anything musical is a great choice. Music often makes people happy, whether they're involved passively or actively. If you can learn to play, write, produce or record music, you're basically set (on a positive trajectory) for the rest of your life.
Keyboard instruments are loved for their ability to play and enjoy a diverse range of styles of music, from classical through jazz, rock and blues.
The versatility of the piano makes it one of the most popular musical instruments. We use the piano in many different genres of music; classical, jazz, blues, traditional, contemporary and so on.
Wellington Music Centre is excited to bring music tuition back to Wellington!
The piano and keyboard have long been favourite instruments to learn and our dedicated tutors have seen many students thrive; performing at music concerts and activities throughout the country.
We design a personal program to meet the needs and interests of each student. The basis of this is the lesson book from which we learn our key skills.
