In this new class, you will learn classic, simple and not-so-simple techniques on how to finish, garnish, decorate and serve the perfect cake. We discuss and demo ways to troubleshoot issues of baking, but the primary focus of this class is finish work.

Considered an exotic specialty, chocolate truffles have a rich dessert history. Learn how to use tempered chocolate and make classic ganaches with simple garnishes that are sure to thrill you… and those you might choose to share them with.

Cake Decorating class is offered by Olivia Rose Cake Artistry. We fill the class with info, laughter, and lots of cake! Each student will make their own 6” cake to take home.

Learn the basics of sugar cookie decorating. This class is perfect for beginners, no experience is necessary! All supplies will be provided.
