I’m a plant-based recipe creator and cookbook author based in France. I penned one of the very first vegan French cookbooks—Vegan French Favorites—which has been praised by The Vegan website and featured in newspapers, blogs, and podcasts.
I absolutely love sharing the magic of French culture alongside plant-based cuisine. To me, the French art de vivre means savoring life at a gentle pace and putting well-being first. I weave that philosophy into every plant-based dish, blending environmental responsibility with delicious, health-boosting flavors.
