Instructor Terms



Thank you for choosing to teach on Coursetakers Online (https://coursetakers.com/online). These Instructor Terms (“Terms”) govern your relationship with AYA Tech FZE (the owner and operator of Coursetakers Online) when you create, submit, or manage course content on our platform.



By becoming an instructor, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.



1. Instructor Obligations


As an instructor, you agree to:



  • Provide accurate, original, and lawful content

  • Deliver high-quality educational experiences to learners

  • Not upload plagiarized, misleading, or harmful material

  • Maintain your course content as reasonably necessary to remain relevant and accurate



2. Ownership and Licensing


You retain full ownership of your course content. By submitting content to Coursetakers Online, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:



  • Host and display the content on our platform

  • Promote it through our marketing channels (ads, emails, social media, etc.)

  • Sub-license the content to corporate clients or resellers under our programs
  • you maintain full IP rights.


3. Payments and Revenue Share


For each paid course enrollment, you will receive a 50% revenue share of the gross amount received by Coursetakers, after deducting any taxes and payment processing fees. Your share may vary depending on the channel of the sale (direct, affiliate, or corporate bulk access).



Payouts are made on a quarterly basis to the bank or PayPal account you provide, subject to a minimum threshold and after applicable processing fees.



4. Pricing


You have two options when it comes to pricing.

1. Our BI team sets the price based on our analytics and finalize the best price for maximum conversions, best value for students and maximized profits for you

2. If you don't wish to sell your course below or above a certain price cap, we keep your base price as the final price for your course.

If you opt for Option 2, make sure you communicate that with our team through our official communication channel.




5. Content Restrictions


You agree not to upload or teach any content that:



  • Violates copyright or intellectual property laws

  • Includes hate speech, illegal activities, or personal attacks

  • Endangers learners or promotes misinformation



6. Communications with Learners


You may communicate with students via our platform, but you may not solicit them to leave Coursetakers Online or promote external platforms or services unrelated to the course content.



7. Termination


We may suspend or remove your account if you:



  • Breach these terms or applicable laws

  • Upload fraudulent or harmful content

  • Cause damage to the platform’s integrity or reputation



You may also terminate your instructor account at any time, but your content may remain on the platform if enrolled students are still accessing it, unless otherwise agreed in writing.



8. Modifications


Coursetakers Online may update these Instructor Terms periodically. We will notify instructors of material changes via email or platform notice.
