ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

The ACCA qualification is considered the largest professional accounting qualification in the world.  The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Institute, formed in 1904, is the global professional accounting body offering the “Chartered Certified Accountant” qualification.

ACCA is the fast growing international accountancy organisation with more than 2,00,000 members and more than 500,000 students in 180 countries. 

In India, ACCA is said to be equivalent to CA. ACCA professionals are hired at the same salary in most companies such as PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Grant Thornton, and BDO.
