Institutes can see all leads received by them from the ‘Leads Management’ option on the dashboard. Inside Leads Management, they can filter the leads by selecting a specific date/month/year in which they received lead.
An option displayed on the course listing page on the dashboard can be swapped to the right and left. For deactivating a course, institutes can ‘swap it to the left’ while it sends a ‘Activate Course Request’ to us if it is swapped to the right.
It is advised to Log-in to your account once a day regardless you receive a Lead notification in your email or not. At times, new Lead notification is delayed so its better and proactive to login and see if any new lead is available for you.
No, it is not possible for any institute to get a Lead notification on 2 emails. Notifications are sent to the ‘registered email’ only.
Once a course is uploaded, it stays inactive until someone from our Content Team review it and make sure that their is no grammar mistake, plagiarism, proper line spacing etc. Once a course is uploaded, it will be activated after reviewing within the next 24 hours.
If you have just signed up and have not uploaded any course, you have to upload at least one course in order to make your profile available on the website. If you have active courses on your profile, it is very likely that your profile has been deactivated. Contact the admin at https://coursetakers.com/contact-us
You are advised to upload the course in any Category if you fail to find the right category. Our Content team takes care of the content and category allocation once a course is uploaded.
On the log-in page, there is an option for 'forgot password'. Once clicked, it will ask you to enter your registered email ID on Coursetakers so a password reset link can be sent to you directly. (Password reset link are sent to the Institute Email (registered with Coursetakers.com) only. Once the link is received, kindly click on it and a new page will appear where you can enter the new password and login.
Once you log in to your dashboard and enter 'My Courses' section a list of courses will appear. In front of each course, there is a Scroll Button. By dragging it to the left side, a course will be deactivated immediately. Similarly, reversing the process will send us a notification that you want a course to be Active again and hence we actiavte it after reviewing it.
You can send us details of your new branch and our System Admin will take care of adding the branch to your profile.
Yes, you can Edit details of any course anytime. You can make all sort of changes to the course like title, price, duration, content etc.
Yes, you can run selective promotions on any of your courses by changing the prices and highlighting it in the Titile (Ramadan package, Eid Promotion etc)
In cases where the price of the course is not fixed, you can put an average price of the course.
When you are uploading a course, the information you add about the course should be clear and concise, with detailed information like any Certifications & Accreditions, brief details about your Institute, transportation facilities provided, why the student should join for this course etc. Such a Course Upload qualifies to be quality content and will help you get more students interested in your course.
It is highly encouraged to provide all the essential information of the course when you upload a course, specially the certification details. Most of the students want to know about such details (e.g, KHDA approved certificate, Autodesk certified courses, etc).
It is advised to upload all your courses regarldess if it is available for public currently. This will help you ensure that all your courses have been uploaded and you are not missing any opportunity. You can always ask us to Stop a set of courses that are not available, and you can re-activate them as and when they are available for public.
If one course can have different prices based on certain factors, you should upload all variations of that course as separate courses, with titles of the course clearly differentiating the courses from one another.
You can upload as many courses as you offer. There is no cap on the total number of courses uploaded by your institute.
You will recieve an e-mail from us on your registered email address once our Content Team has reviewed and activated your course.
Institute logo appears with all of your courses.
