The ACE TESOL Certificate is a 120-hour program recognized by TESL Canada, the national professional association for ESL teachers in Canada:

  • 100 hours of classroom instruction
  • 20 additional practicum hours in actual ESL classrooms
  • 15-week part-time program from September to December
  • 4-week full-time day program offered in May (general admittance)
  • Customized groups may come any time of the year (contact us for details)

Small Class Sizes

  • All materials, course manual and textbooks provided
  • Recognized by TESL Canada for Professional Certification Standard One
  • Eligible for tuition tax receipts

Admission Requirements for the ACE TESOL Certificate:

  • A Canadian university undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in English (TOEFL or IELTS scores required for applicants whose first language is not English)
  • Genuine interest in teaching English to speakers of other languages
