The actual exam will be proctored the day after the class concludes (allow for 1 ½ hours) or can be scheduled via APMG at the student’s convenience.

Class delivery includes a mixture of instructor-led discussions and group and individual exercises. This course is less focused on the theories of change and more of a hands-on course. It is full of opportunities to "see, do, learn," and packed with exercises along with practical tools, tips, and advice.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites, but a basic understanding Agile principles and change management will be helpful.
