An apprenticeship standard in Associate Project Management at level 4 is a nationally recognised route to a wide variety of management professions.
The standards and assessment plans that candidates work towards are set by a number of big employers including the Rolls Royce, Lloyds Banking Group, Royal Mail, Transport for Great Manchester and many more.
Candidates will compile a portfolio of evidence demonstrating occupational knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSB). The portfolio is required to be presented in a presentation during the end point assessment (EPA).
End Point Assessment (EPA) is the name given to a series of tests a candidate must take at the end of a course to prove their ability to do the job they have been training for.
As candidates are required to demonstrate occupational skills and knowledge; employers should ensure that they are involved in projects with a broad scope to address the chosen learning areas.
We will support candidates with one-to-one workplace visits, remote sessions and 7 mandatory training courses to provide and embed the knowledge required to achieve the Level 4 Project Management Qualification.
We have been delivering apprenticeships for over 40 years and we work with organisations across the country to provide recognised training for school, salon and business professionals ranging across a wide portfolio including,
Business administration, customer service, marketing, project management, hairdressing, barbering, beauty therapy, management, team leadership, project management, teaching assistant and school business management.
