You don’t need any experience or previous qualifications.
Requirements
Be 19 years old or over at the start date of the course.
Be unemployed and receive a mean tested state benefit or be employed and earn less than £25,000 gross annual salary.

As a CCTO we must ensure competency before issuing a CCA. In the event that a module is failed, 1 resit is permitted. Compulsory units on the programme are Customer Service, Hospitality within Travel and Tourism, UK airports and Airlines, Careers within Travel and Tourism and Travel Agencies Work experience will be carried out over two weeks and will be undertaken in local travel/hospitality related businesses.
