Practice the art of mindfulness while you focus on self-care, realignment, and creativity, in this 4 session class dedicated to you. We will discuss ayurvedic balance with eating (including a vegetarian homemade lunch with soup, bread & dessert), learn balancing knitting techniques & stretches customized to each attendee's style, and pair it with good conversation to feed the soul.
This class is in person, and will require a negative COVID test before attending (details to follow).
