This will set you up for a career as a real estate agent or property manager in residential, commercial and industrial property.
You will also learn how to make effective and strategic business decisions and start to develop skills in entrepreneurship to understand the importance of a competitive edge in business.

During your degree you will have the opportunity to attend networking events designed to connect you with experienced industry professionals. As a graduate, you may also be eligible to seek registration as a land agent, sales representative or property manager with Consumer Business Services.
What you'll learn
The degree starts with core courses in areas such as analytics, accounting and economic theory. These will give you a solid grasp of business fundamentals that you can apply to a range of careers.
In your specialisation you will develop your expertise across areas such as property agency and property management, marketing and entrepreneurship, as well as real estate law and investment. Specific areas include real estate practice and marketing management, property law and economics, building evaluation, real estate management and entrepreneurship.
You will also be able to use your electives to complete a minor in marketing to complement your real estate practice studies. This will allow you to gain expertise in consumer behaviour, advertising, digital marketing, branding and marketing analytics.
