Course Overview

The Green Box Basic Life Support (BLS)course covers basic life support skills and includes skills for adults, children, and infants as well as healthcare variations on infant CPR. The course includes putting yourself first with scene assessment and your safety.

We look at primary assessment, recovery position, CPR, compression only CPR, CPR handover and choking. It focuses on the core of first aid and what to do in life threatening emergencies.

We can provide this BLS course as an instructor led session with one of our experienced trainers, an online or a blended course. We like to be flexible so please let us know what we can do for you.
