Our mission is to spread awareness to our community through health and fitness. The key aspect to living is being healthy, mentally and physically. We were blessed to be able to make a better community for our community.
We aim to decrease poverty in our minority races expand knowledge and strengthen our mind and bodies so we are prepared for life adversity.
We want our community to know we have their back 100% and will lend a hand for any of these needs. We want our community to win collectively in every way possible. And we will fight to make this happen.
We offer group classes, private lessons, small group lessons and supervised sparring sessions. All levels are welcome! We love beginners, so don't be shy.
