CYBC’s coach-mentor relationship model incorporates violence prevention by teaching youth the fundamentals of physical conditioning, discipline, boxing technique, and teamwork.
Health & Wellness
CYBC understands the overall importance of an individual’s health from both a physical and mental perspective. Through small group training and sessions, CYBC’s instructors facilitate conversations around broader nutrition and wellness goals in addition to the fitness and boxing skills participants gain. Additionally, CYBC aids youth in stress and anxiety management skills through both a physical outlet and 1:1 mentoring as needed.
Our Boxing Class offers a comprehensive training experience for individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced boxers. In this class, you'll learn the fundamental techniques of boxing, including proper stance, footwork, punches, defensive maneuvers, and combinations.
Boxing classes are offered by Combat Club Martial Arts and Fitness. We have an amazing community of members. Active Duty, veterans, kids, families, competitors, and pro fighters all train together at our gym.
Boxing, kickboxing, strength, and sparring group classes at Knuckleheads have it all. No matter where you are in your boxing or fitness journey, you will get a full-body workout in any of our group classes.
At Zone Martial Arts, we believe American Boxing is an excellent way to build upper body strength while teaching real-world fighting techniques that help keep our students safe in any situation.
