Course Details

Whether your goal is to get in better shape, pick up a new hobby, or compete as a boxer, this training is for you. No previous boxing experience is necessary; all skill levels are welcome.

 

What Should I Expect?

Minneapolis Boxing Club group training classes are true to the spirit of boxing: intense, instructive, and fun. Each 60-minute session is structured to cover the fundamentals that are necessary to excel in the ring:

  • Warm-up

  • Boxing technique & strategy

  • Strength & conditioning

Classes range in size but never exceed 15. Most are smaller.

 

How Much does a Group Class Cost?

MBC offers class packages as well as a monthly membership that includes unlimited classes. 

 

What Else do I need to Know?

When you arrive for class, make sure to give yourself enough time to get into the building and wrap your hands (if you don’t know how, don’t worry, we’ve got you!) and be ready to go—in other words, be early! If you need to cancel, read this.
