Archetype Boxing Club is the perfect place to take your boxing game to the next level. Our classes are tailored for all skill levels and focus on developing your true fighting potential. From beginner to expert, we have a class that will challenge, motivate, and inspire you!
Boxing classes are offered by Rock Steady Boxing.Â
Boxing (small group training) classes are offered by Fight Force Fitness.
Jump roping, shadowboxing, partner drills, heavybags, speedbags, and pad work are incorporated into every class. Instructors work on boxing fundamentals and endurance, with a heavy emphasis on technique.
