Our kids program emphasizes building strength, balance, and coordination. Kids learn boxing combinations, kicks, ways to communicate, focus, and how to set and reach goals. Ages are 5 and up
Boxing classes are offered by Windy Hill Athletic Club. Offering boxing, athletic conditioning, spin, yoga, barre, and more.
In our Advanced Boxing class you will learn amateur and pro level techniques. Your strength and endurance will be tested in this class so come prepared to work!
Whether your goal is to get in better shape, pick up a new hobby, or compete as a boxer, this training is for you. No previous boxing experience is necessary; all skill levels are welcome.
Join us for boxing basics and learn the art of boxing. Boxing techniques build a strong body and mind from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced, amateur to professional.
