Memory strategies are taught and practised in class through a variety of activities accompanied by a lot of laughter!
Memory Foundation has developed key research findings into the Brainfit® memory improvement system; building brain resilience and reducing memory let-downs. Brainfit® books and training are available internationally here on our website. The Memory Foundation team also provides in-person Brainfit® coaching in Auckland, North Shore, Cambridge, Taupo, Christchurch, and Geraldine in New Zealand. Accredited Brainfit Coaches can also be found in Manila in the Philippines , Coventry, England in the UK and Washington DC and Arizona in USA.
