Sourdough Workshop is offered by Chef Tech Cooking School. Our mission is to teach people how to cook – to show them how to select quality ingredients, use the proper equipment and master the best techniques.
Kids will have hands on experience kneading dough, tasting herbs and making their own cheesy bread!
In this fun lunchtime class, Chef Heidi will show you some great recipes for quick and easy snacks, mains or desserts that you can make with homemade or store-bought flatbread.
Learn how to make our "Simply Sourdough" -- a great starter loaf-- and leave with our century old starter, "Green Valley Simple Leavening" and care instructions.
The Bread Baking Arts Course includes 80 hours of instruction you can complete at your own pace. By the end of this course, you will have earned 80 credit hours from the American Culinary Federation and have completed 60 beautiful and delicious recipes.
