In this course, students are introduced to basic accounting fundamentals and work with a complete set of books for a sole proprietor. Students explore the steps in the accounting cycle as well as effective internal financial controls.
Throughout this course, students will have many opportunities to practice skills such as recording transactions, completing financial statements and preparing accounting documents for a company.
The program consists of 28 weeks of intensive instructor led hands on training and practical exercises under the supervision of industry-experienced instructors.
