Since 1978, the Working Skills Centre (WSC) has been providing a holistic program to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and move towards economic self-sufficiency. While mandated to serve a broader clientele throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), our mission statement reflects the emphasis on programs for immigrant women geared towards improving their skills, self-esteem, and employment prospects.
Trainings are designed to enhance individual performance, as well as the performance of your entire organization.
The course will also cover how to compose business correspondence including emails, memoranda, letters and reports, with a focus on routine and persuasive messages. A review of grammar is also included.
In order to keep projects on track, and stakeholders involved and aware of their roles and responsibilities, project managers need solid communication skills.
It is designed with one purpose in mind; to “sell” your skills, knowledge, and experience to an employer so that he/she will invite you for an interview.
In this course, you will successfully develop the necessary communication strategies
