DurationThe new, simplified CDM Awareness Regulations bring together the existing CDM 1994 and the Construction (Health Safety and Welfare) (CHSW) Regulations 1996 into a single regulatory package. The new CDM Regulations offer an opportunity for a step-change in health and safety performance and will be used to re-emphasise the health, safety and broader business benefits of a well-managed and coordinated approach to the management of health and safety in construction. From 2015 the CDM Awareness training course will also include the changes to the regulations (CDM 2015).
