This qualification has been designed for those individuals who wish to be employed as make-up artists or work as freelance make-up artists to design and apply make-up for a range of purposes and occasions across the beauty, fashion, media and entertainment industries.
These individuals will possess a range of well-developed skills including working cooperatively with a range of individuals from photographers, fashion stylists and media production staff.
Work is typically conducted as part of a team or on a freelance basis in settings such as make-up studios, retail cosmetic counters, fashion and media sets and photography studios.
WA Academy provides a wide range of fully accredited qualifications, courses and workshops in Hairdressing, Beauty, Massage, Makeup, Nails and Business.
With qualifications and courses ranging from three weeks to three years delivered with a choice, in some cases, of full or part time options, there is a course to meet individual needs and availability of study. Training is delivered weekdays, weekends and evenings. Classes are capped to increase lecturer time with students, and ensures that the delivery of your education is of the highest quality.

Your private one on one lesson will be held at the House of Glamour salon and will go for 1.5-2 hours. We will teach you how to use the makeup you already have + recommend any other products you may want to add to your personal makeup kit. You will also be given a face chart for you to take notes
Students will learn about character development, makeup application techniques and Behind the scenes secrets.
