Within this course you will develop knowledge skills and behaviours that are focused around:
Roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
Inclusive teaching and learning approaches
Being able to deliver and facilitate learning and development for individuals
How Is It Taught
Sessions will include an engaging blend of theory and practical activities, which will enable learners to develop and practise their skills to standards expected in the workplace. Regular additional self-study is required, which will include reading of relevant books and journal articles. This course can be delivered full time over a 1-week period. What Could Do I Next
If you have a full teaching role, you may wish to progress to the Certificate in Education and Training. Alternatively, if you are assessing NVQs/VQs, you may wish to complete the CAVA qualification.
