From its creation and to this day, the Uni-Son Music Center in Sillery has set itself the primary objective of making a variety of quality musical education accessible to as many citizens as possible, provided by a dynamic team. and qualified.

Aware of the diverse needs of its participants, the Uni-Son Music Centermakes it a point of honor to respect this diversity and to offer its students a formula that maintains a fair balance between leisure, pleasure and the requirement of musical learning.

Thus, the musical center counts among its clientele children, adolescents and adults of all ages. From around thirty people at the start of its activities in the fall of 1981, the number of participants is now between one hundred and seventy and two hundred depending on the sessions and courses offered.

In addition, all participants have the opportunity to participate, at no additional cost, in various activities organized by the musical center (concerts, parties, ensemble music)

Finally, aware of the cultural vocation of a musical center of quality, the Uni-Son Music Center intends to be a place of organization and cultural dissemination in order to maintain and create on its territory of operation, an environment conducive to cultural exchanges.

Passionate about music since childhood, Cindy Tremblay learned the piano and the trombone. She developed an interest in singing around the age of 16. She was part of several church choirs for 8 years before going to study classical singing at the Cégep de Sainte-Foy with Linda Dumont. In 2009, she studied singing with Patricia Fournier. His career led him to develop many strategies to overcome technical difficulties. The multiple tools that she is developing will give her a solid basis to start her teaching career in 2013. She started a master's degree in instrumental didactics at Laval University and is working on a research project on the teaching of singing by the body movement. She has directed several choirs and followed the Estill Voice Training level 1 and 2.
