Making a difference

Formation Training wouldn’t exist if we didn’t believe we could make a real difference to your organisation. Since 1997 we have been working to develop people to be the very best they can be.

Working with you

Our team is friendly and approachable. As well as lead trainers, we have a UK wide pool of associate trainers, to provide excellent capacity.

An experienced and capable support team provides support for our trainers in respect of preparing materials, arranging logistics and supporting project activities. This means that you can rest assured that we can respond quickly and efficiently to your queries and requirements.
