About Us
I started work in the prisoner custody sector in the year 2000 supervising high risk and low level prisoners and offenders in HM courts across London & the south east including the Central criminal court in London (Old Bailey)
I have also worked in local government for the London borough of Lambeth in the parks department responsible for the safety and security of visitors to the boroughs 64 parks and open spaces , working alongside the police , charities , the environment agency and various other depatments including children’s services to deal with the challenges faced.
Whilst working in local government and also after leaving I worked as a security operative and operations manager for a large security company deploying door supervisors and close protection operatives to licenced premises and high profile events up and down the U.K.
I then decide to set up on my own providing security & consultation services at large events Leicester square film premieres and private functions.
Whilst working in these roles I used the knowledge and experience I built up to gain further qualifications and insight into various other sectors including health & social care and education
And since then have worked with staff in care homes & schools and workplaces to help them deal with aggression how to recognise it and in the worst case scenarios how to apply ethical and safe restraint to individuals who may need to be controlled for theirs and others safety.
As well as this I have been providing first aid training for individuals and staff in their workplaces and staff in schools and nurseries for paediatric specific first aid training
I subscribe to the view that whatever you do open your mind and always strive to learn something new.
