DurationThe primary objective of the cosmetology program and curriculum is to prepare students for the State Licensing Examination to become a Licensed Cosmetologist, and to provide the appropriate training and hands-on practice necessary for the students to become competent professionals.
After completing the necessary credit hours and services, the students will receive a Diploma stating that they have satisfactorily completed the course and will be registered to take the State Exam to become a Licensed Cosmetologist.
Note:
Graduates will not be able to practice Cosmetology until they have passed the State licensing examination.
