Established in 1989, Robin Mulligan Ltd is a transport training provider for the carriage of dangerous goods.
We also act as Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser to a number of transport, distribution, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies in the UK.
Our courses are approved by the HSENI, SQA and Civil Aviation Authority.
Our approved courses can be held on-site in your premises and public courses are presented regularly.

All drivers within the scope of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (Driver Training) Regulations 1996 must be trained and hold a Vocational Training Certificate issued by DVLA. This is required by UK regulations implementing the relevant EU directive.
The course is intensive, involving 7 days classroom study and covers the European Transport Regulations (ADR), UK Domestic Regulations (CDG) and the Emergency Action Code (EAC) list, which accompanies the UK regulations.
