At Paragon Healthcare Academy we specialise in providing hands on and innovative training for Healthcare Workers, and bespoke First Aid Training for the general public. Alongside this, we also provide industry leading Event Medical and First Aid Cover through our sister company, Paragon Healthcare Services.

Our Healthcare Academy started in 2021 to improve the quality of training being offered both locally and across the country. We take an innovative approach to training – helping learners better grasp the skills they need to succeed in their careers. All of our trainers are Healthcare Workers themselves.

This enables the trainers to explain first aid practice in light of their current and real life experiences. They understand that training in a classroom and using your skills in the real world are two very different things. Paragon Healthcare Academy always aim to make training realistic and interactive, rather than just reading from a PowerPoint.
