The CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is a 74 or 96 week course, delivered through the blended learning experience of either face-to-face and/ self-paced classroom learning, which provides students with a range of skill and knowledge to work in the childcare industry:
Developing, Implementing and Evaluating Learning Programs for Children
Facilitating Children's Holistic Development and Wellbeing
Managing and Maintaining Legal and Ethical Compliance
Leadership and Basic Management Responsibilities
The CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care is delivered face to face or blended learning which includes 15 units of study and 280 hours of work placement. If you are not already working within the Industry, Educare College will assist you with work placement in an approved childcare centre.

Throughout the program, students will learn the skills to enable them to use discretion and judgement in relation to individual support as well as taking responsibility for their outputs.
