Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to establish the leadership traits necessary to manage a dynamic workplace that demands high-performance outcomes.
You will develop traits and skills that lead to effective leadership and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, and support. In this course, you will explore how to strengthen your leadership competencies to adapt to being the Chief Emotional Officer of your team/organization, build personal and team resiliency, and thrive in the face of adversity.
Project Managers not only focus on managing projects but also on ‘leading from the middle’. Based on original research carried out by our project management instructional faculty, this course examines how leaders think, how they interact with their teams and how they navigate projects.
In this course students examine theories of organizational development and culture, review how organizations evolve and respond to change. Students will apply theories of individual motivation, group dynamics and styles of leadership
We will work with you and your organization to identify the needs and develop a process or program to provide you with the tools you need to reach your desired outcomes.
