This course provides the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies. It also includes how to perform rescue breathing.
It includes using an automated external defibrillator (AED), also known as the 'shock machine'.Courses are suitable for those looking for training for the workplace or for their own general interest.

Grade of 75% on written test
Upon completing the course successfully, participants will receive:
3 Year Certification in Emergency First Aid CPR / AED Level C

4 hours online + 4 hours in-class (total 8 hours)

Standard First Aid is a comprehensive course that builds on emergency first aid.
To provide basic first aid knowledge which consists of CPR level A, C, or HCP on request and basic life support skills in a one-day training session.
The Lifesaving Society’s emergency first aid training is an 8-hour course that teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation and first aid techniques for high-priority emergencies that threaten the victim’s life.
The classroom portion of the course will consist of 7.5 hours and must be completed within 6 weeks of completing the online portion.
