This workshop aims to develop your emotional intelligence, also referred to as EI or EQ to improve your managerial capability. By perceiving, understanding, expressing and managing emotions effectively at work you will contribute to the development of a sustainable organisation.
The purpose of this short course is to address the framework of support through training to build the confidence and capability of clients who have lost the confidence to believe in themselves.
This 1 day course recognises the importance of emotional intelligence as the single most effective business skill in these changing times.Â
Experts agree that emotional intelligence is a key requirement for successful leaders and managers and it is lacking in many Australian workplaces.
Emotions are the source of immense energy for humans, transcending physical boundaries and giving us a unique edge over other creatures.
