The Employment Training Program (ETP) is a full-time work-readiness program that provides knowledge and skills to help participants gain employment in Canada.
International Women of Saskatoon (IWS) is a non-profit, grassroots and an equality-seeking women’s organization dedicated to improving the status of immigrant and refugee women and their families residing in Saskatoon and area by assisting them to become full participating members in all aspects of the Canadian society.
This course will help students understand how to interact in professional situations, and to know what is expected of them.
Throughout the activities, the learners will be able to examine their current situation and apply new practices to establish and set career goals.
During this session, participants will be inspired to re-ignite their careers, access tactics to leverage their strengths, and build successful careers.
In addition, ETS helps empower businesswomen for their professional and leadership growth.
The Career Development Grant provides funding assistance (up to $4,000) for individual heritage practitioners to participate in opportunities that will result in gaining new skills and knowledge to support the development of heritage work in Edmonton.
