We offer an advanced skin care and total body treatment course that covers the full-spectrum of beauty esthetics. This 22-week program includes classroom demonstration and hands-on client practical in our full-service Student Salon (open to the public).
At Baldwin Beauty Schools, we only use top brand beauty supplies for the benefit of our students and our clients, including PCA Skin and Sanitas. All students receive a supply kit which includes high-grade materials and tools.
Baldwin Beauty Schools has two campuses, conveniently located in North and South Austin. Both offer students an attractive, fully-equipped education facility and a highly-experienced staff committed to giving you the very best beauty in education.
Each campus has a full-service Student Salon, which is open to the public, where you can expect to experience a bustling, vibrant atmosphere that is full of creative energy.
Our regular hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Classes are typically held in the morning, followed by salon floor work in the afternoon.
This 1800-clock-hour program will prepare you to pass a State Board licensure exam and further your education by providing advanced courses in esthetics, makeup artistry, salon business administration and management.
With 750 hours of training, students will still have plenty of time to learn about skin analysis, various facials, hair removal techniques, and other relevant topics that can help them become successful estheticians focused on skin care.

Esthetics (skin care) is a 600 clocked hour course, as required by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology to to apply for the license examination. The program consists of theory, practical training and technical instruction including all practices of skin care.
