This 16-hour course teaches the principles of first aid and artificial respiration.
It covers choking, hemorrhage, shock, loss of unconsciousness and fainting, fractures, wounds (e.g., head, eye, and spine), burns, poisoning, heart attack, stroke, diabetes, epilepsy, and convulsions. It is required for certificates in the field of health care.
Participants obtain a CPR Level C Certificate (including child infant resuscitation) valid for 3 years.

This two-day course covers all the skills in Emergency First Aid plus first aid for other injuries and illnesses
Simple First Aid and CPR techniques are taught in an interactive environment, for individuals who need just an overview of First Aid and CPR. Course content Preparing to respond The EMS system Check, Call, Care Airway emergencies Breathing and circulation emergencies.
This two-day first aid course meets provincial regulations for workplaces with 21 to 100 employees per shift.
