First Aid/CPR Course

All of our CPR and First Aid courses meet OSHA requirements for CPR/ First Aid/ Bloodborne Pathogens Training and may be taught as a traditional classroom course, or a blended learning course with a combination of online time and in-person practice skills sessions.

Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is geared towards anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

The Seattle Fire Department provides training classes in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and choking techniques. Since the CPR Program (Medic II) started in 1971, more than 850,000 Seattle and King County residents have been trained and retrained in the lifesaving technique of CPR.

We believe it is critical that personnel in the workplace are trained in the techniques necessary to respond to a fellow worker in case of an emergency. Our instructors are certified through the American Heart Association and have years of experience as a first responders.
