Level 1 first aid training is a lot of fun. You physically learn how to bandage wounds, and even do CPR. With this level, you will mostly do practical exercises. You will learn some theory, but the evaluation will be on your practical ability. We consider level one first aid to be the most important level.
In reality, it is more important to assist somebody than knowing exactly why. The most important factor is to know how to do it. Unlike many other courses, first aid has a real-world approach. Even though level 1 first aid training is basic, you will still learn more than enough.
You will be able to assist a person in need with confidence. To ensure that we cover the basics, you will learn bleeding, fractures, burns, and CPR. You will also learn about choking, spinal injuries, and other common injuries.
