In this hands-on class, participants will be instructed in an intimate setting, on the basic techniques of creating various hand-rolled and cut pastas. This includes: tagliatelle, spaghetti, spaghetti alla chitarra, cannelloni, and two different sauces.
Mamma Marzia will share her methods and tips, along with sauce recipes, including how to incorporate local seasonal ingredients. After your hard work is done, we will all eat what we made together. Class size are limited from 6 to 8 people.
