Hip Hop classes at JE Dancehouse start from the age of six.
Based in Toowoomba, Queensland, JE Dancehouse is a beautiful, boutique dance studio where passionate teachers teach children the art of dance from the age of two. Offering classes in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Classical Ballet, CSTD Jazz and Tap, Irish Dance, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Acro and Musical Theatre.
Our classes are conducted by qualified teachers who have a love and passion for dance that they wish to share with your child. Whether you are wanting dance for enjoyment or to succeed, JE Dancehouse offers the full opportunity to be the best dancer they can be.
Hip Hop/Commercial classes focus on enabling the dancer to add their own personality and flare whilst learning to control and isolate their body. Our classes incorporate sub-styles such as popping, locking, krumping, and break dance. Classes are offered from juniors age 8 - adults.
You will learn Hip Hop moves to pumping tracks and put together steps in a choreographed routine.
Popular style of street dance incorporating intricate body movement, we have our very own B Boys! Inspired with popping, locking, freezes, flips and holds by movies like Step up. This class is for Boys of all ages and is taught by a male Break/Hip Hop teacher.
Hip Hop Dance lessons are offered by Project Beats Dance Studio. We are building a culture that focuses on continuing education. Focused not only for our students, but for our instructors, crew leaders, managers and directors. We teach dance classes for all skill and fitness levels and ages.
MAPA is well known for our annual “Express Yourself” showcases which highlight the incredible work of our students throughout the year.
