Interior designers create environments within buildings that meet the physical and psychological needs of individuals and institutions, providing a useful, rich and rewarding environment for users.
Interior design involves the design of space, equipment and furniture. It requires substantial technical and organizational understanding; sensibility to form, lighting, color and texture; and an awareness of design history and theory.
