Course Details

This program will provide a solid foundation in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering Technology if you do not meet the admission requirements for the 28-month Electrical Engineering Technology programs.

This program includes both preparatory courses and some Term 1 Electrical Engineering Technology courses which may reduce your Term 1 course load if you continue into the EET program.

You must take and pass all courses during the term with an overall GPA of 2.0 to be automatically registered in Term 1 EET for the following academic term. It is strongly recommended that students have a minimum GPA of 2.5 before moving to Term 1 EET.

You may only attempt the Introduction to Electrical Engineering Technology program one time.

Students who do not enter the Electrical Engineering Technology through the Introduction to EET are still eligible to enter EET through the regular admission requirements.
