This workshop will go through process and tools of working in photoshop, illustrator and indesign. Students will learn to integrate them to produce design solutions. In order to prepare participants should bring drawing supplies and photos with them to the class.

Participants will use basic design relationships to combine various elements to produce print ready documents.
About the instructor:
Nicole Shimonek is a visual artist based in Winnipeg, Canada. She has an MFA from the Chelsea College of Art and Design (UK) and a BFA from the University of Manitoba (CA). Her work has been in a number of exhibitions both nationally and internationally. Nicole’s interdisciplinary practice investigates survival experiences through materials – drawing, sculpture, painting, media and design
