Dive into basic metalworking techniques in this project-based introduction to metalsmithing and jewelry. Each week, you will create a new project ranging from band rings to bracelets.
Forget about setting your stones in castings, cast the stones in place instead! We will carve a ring from wax and you’ll learn how to carefully heat your stones to create the setting in your wax model to be cast in place.
