Kickboxing course is offered by Sydney Karate Club. The club was founded with the goal of teaching self-defence to a small group of friends, and from here Sydney Karate Club has grown, offering freestyle karate and self-defence classes to people of all ages from its specialised facility in Ultimo.
In each class you will learn practical kickboxing combinations that you will get to practice on your own boxing bag at your own pace. Then you can pick up the pace and get a great cardio workout.
