Running as part of our Martial Art Program every Tuesday night, Cobra Kickboxing teaches a mix of Kickboxing, Muay Thai & Boxing skills. Suitable for everyone aged 15 and up, whether your looking for an awesome way to improve your fitness and flexibility or confidence and self defence skills.
In each class you will learn practical kickboxing combinations that you will get to practice on your own boxing bag at your own pace. Then you can pick up the pace and get a great cardio workout.
Students will become skilled in a variety of hand and leg techniques as well as the most effective striking and blocking combinations. There will be the opportunity to progress working both with striking pads as well as with individual partners work
You do not need any experience in martial arts to start training in our RKD Kickboxing Perth classes. It is our job to teach you what you need to know. Our Kickboxing Perth classes are all blended classes with a goal of continuous improvement.
