Leaders exercise emotional intelligence by being self-aware, in-tune to of the moods and emotions of others, controlling and managing their own emotions, and by influencing the emotions of those they lead.

Incorporating recent research, this course provides leadership teams with knowledge and skills to improve their ability to generate enthusiasm, positivity, flexibility, and a drive to results in their organization.

Combining an individual and group approach, this ½ day session allows participants to create their own personal action plan, as well as a team approach to leverage positive interactions with each other and those they lead toward achieving goals.

This Workshop Covers:

  • Confidential assessment of emotional intelligence with a debrief and coaching session to design an action plan for improvement.
  • Facilitated session on the value of Emotional Intelligence in leaders, common challenges, and an aggregate view of the team’s strengths and growth areas.
