The Secret Ingredient
Chef/owner Bianca Maria of Ciao Pasta Bar returns to the kitchen to coach you in the art of fresh, homemade pasta.
Made from scratch using organic wheat flour and eggs. Pairs perfectly with our homemade sauces.
The kitchen seats 10 people and most of our 3-hour adult cooking classes are demonstration style, so you can sit back, relax, learn, sample, and enjoy your wine. On the weekend we offer more hands-on workshops making pasta and more.
With this hands-on class, you’ll explore the styles of southern Italian pasta making with Chef Deniz Tarakcioglu will guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave the class knowing how to make dough, sauce, and an authentic southern Italian meal!
This recipe features the egg pasta layered with “Bolognese” ragù (named, in fact, after Bologna the capital of Emilia-Romagna), and creamy béchamel. Well, that’s no surprise!
