Like to be able to give massages to friends and family with a bit more knowledge and confidence? Join this introduction to the basics of massage, held over two sessions - you must enrol with a partner.

Enrol with a friend or family member (over 16, please) and work on each other (personal safety assured) and learn a range of basic techniques.
The course is held over two Saturday mornings so you can have time to practise between sessions. Please note that this is not a professional training. Men and women both welcome.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
• Perform a range of basic massage strokes on the back, legs, arms, hands and feet
• Demonstrate protocols for modesty and safety
• Know when to refer to a professional

Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.

Our Indian Head Oil Massage Course will teach you a specialized massage technique that works on pressure points to stimulate the movement of blood, lymph and oxygen in the upper body.
This short course that runs over 6 weeks will cover how to identify health and safety requirements prior to giving the massage, demonstrate consultation and customer service and perform a full body massage using a range of techniques like effleurage, petrissage, friction, tapotement and vibrations.
Students will learn how to demonstrate safe and effective massage techniques to ensure human functions are not impeded nor damaged.
This fantastic one year programme will provide the health and beauty sector, wellness and massage therapy industry with people who can provide wellness and relaxation massage therapy services including Swedish style relaxation massage, on site chair massage, pregnancy massage and pre & post event ...
This is a starter course for industry beginners wanting to enter their massage journey. We will be teaching you product knowledge to hand techniques and lots and lots of practise assignments to get your journey started effectively.
